How long in advance should I make my booking request?
We usually have a waiting list so we recommend booking your deposit if you know your date for priority preference.
Orbis Sports requires a deposit once you have approved your event. Deposits are taken before your preferred event date. For instance, if your party is scheduled for May 18th, odds are it will be fully booked around May 4th with a fully funded deposit.
Because of the excellent quality experience our planners deliver, our events are in high demand. We suggest that you schedule your event as soon as you know the date and time of your occasion.
What is your booking process?

We will get back to you as soon as possible to ensure our availability and respond to questions you may have. Once you're finished, we'll email you an invoice that you can pay online.
All major credit cards are accepted.
Is there a deposit to reserve?
Yes, a refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of your payment is required at least two weeks prior to your rental. If you reserve within two weeks of your desired date, full payment is necessary.
How do I pay for my rental?
Through our safe and secure online payment system, we take all major credit cards. Checks and cash are also acceptable.
